There are strange things afoot at our house. Dad has started waking up at almost obscenely early times and leaving without walking me. Which most mornings is just fine. I don’t even bother waking up until he’s about to leave. The alarm goes off too early for this dog’s tastes. Mum has the right idea wake up right before he goes say goodbye and go back to sleep. Later after a proper amount of sleep mum and I go for a proper morning constitutional.
